Ultimate Coatings polyurethane foam is used on both the interior and exterior of agricultural buildings, canal barges, ocean going yachts, internal and external industrial and domestic. It is an ideal product for all soundproofing, noise and vibration reduction requirements.

Ultimate Coatings polyurethane foam is light weight and the most efficient insulation available and with savings of up to 50% on heating and cooling costs, a new foam roof will soon pay for itself. A reflective coating and high R values means better environment responsibility with lower environmental impact.

Ultimate Coatings polyurethane foam is an HCFC and CFC free, two component, 1:1 ratio rigid foam system which, when processed through the Ultimate Coatings spray system will produce a rigid foam of approximate density 35kg/m3 with exceptionally good compressive strength. Service temperature range -15 0C to 700C.

When tested to BS476 part 7 the foam achieves a Class 1 surface spread of flame. It also has the highest insulation value of any insulation product on the market.
