Ultimate Coatings carried out various blast tests, each involving different explosive weights and distances to which there were no structural damage. Tests were carried out on four walls and two barricades which were constructed of Millennium Blok and tested against explosives to determining their survivability and suitability for Forces Protection Construction Material.

In all cases the test was designed to exceed the requirements listed in the Standards For Force Protection.
